YOUR ROLE
In order to access the evaluation modules on 360Learning, students will need to first complete a pre-requirement module. These pre-requirement modules contain information and instructions for the test and there is one pre-requirement module per level. Only once they have completed this will the evaluation modules show up in their “Parcours” list. Once your student reaches the end of their training, it’s your responsibility to send them an email inviting them to take the test. It is also up to you to choose the level of test you believe would be most appropriate for them. The email should include the following information: • Notification that it is time for them to take the test
• The level of test that they are going to take
• The link to access the instructions module for their level
